DESCRIPTION:Spend a night travelling through the planets with Paiste planetary gongs\, transform your energy\, from sluggish to supercharged!\n\n\nThroughout the night an array of planetary gongs will be played\, taking us around the solar system\, to return to earth feeling more aligned and rejuvinated\, alive and peaceful. Sending us back into the world with vigour and vibrancy and a new found sense of calm and peace.\nWhen you arrive\, we will set up our beds (we may sleep or we may not) then push them to one side making space for our opening circle where we will set our intention for the healing sound journey together.\nThis will be followed by a clearly structured meditation practice\, either seated or moving\, or both. There is usually an active part to the meditation that will be led by myself. (Tanya). This helps us to get the blood and oxygen moving around the body which helps with settling into the vibrations and sounds of the gongs and crystal bowls. There will also be some cacao on offer for those that would like to partake.\n \nIf unsure about the cacao here is a little info on that aspect of the evening.\nCacao is a stimulant which releases seratonin and endorphines\, it helps us to regain insight on how to live in the moment with a sense of ease\, trust and connection to all that is\, a warm feeling of connection with ourself and others around us. Unlike coffee which contains a high concentration of caffine that stimulates the nervous system and can give you an alert and jittery buzz\, cacao contains an abundance of theobromine that stimulates the cardiovascular system giving an all over hightened awareness of the bodys natural rhythm and connection to all that is.\n \nAfter the opening practices we will settle in for the night with the gongs being played throughout the night from about 10pm – 6am\, quietly mainly\, so you can sleep if you want to but still receive the benefits. Taking you on a magical journey through the solar system and beyond.\nTo start the evening we will have an opening circle to welcome new and old friends alike\, after which we will free ourselves in a dynamic meditation to welcome in the Spring Equinox\, loosen our bodies of any tension\, allowing ourselves to fully relax and be immersed in the ancient healing art of gong sounds and vibrations.\nThe gongs will be played gently throughout the night by a few beautiful gong playing beings\, taking it in turns to put their own unique spin on how we recieve the sound. All very intuitive.\nYou can either sleep the night blissfully away or you might find yourself deep in meditation or even eating raw choccies in the kitchen. (I always make some for you to buy if you like to stay awake a bit longer.) The choice is yours.\nYou will need to bring bedding of course ~ The more comfy the better. We recommend airbeds and douvets or whatever you’ve got that is the most comfy for this sort of gathering. There is plenty of space and the hall is warm\, with plenty of air circulation.\nIn the morning we will wake you with some beautiful mantras and a warming cup of Indian spiced chai.
