DESCRIPTION:All Night Gong Bath\, sacred sound healing\, connection\, attuning to the frequencies of sound and light vibrations.\nVibrating our true nature\n\n\nThroughout the night an array of planetary gongs will be played\, taking us around the solar system\, to return to earth feeling more aligned and rejuvinated\, alive and peaceful. Sending us back out into our varying lives with a renewed vigour and vibrancy and a new found sense of calm and peace.\nWhen you arrive\, we will set up the beds and push to one side\, then create an opening circle and set our intention for the healing sound journey together.\nThis will be followed by a clearly structured meditation practice\, either seated or moving\, or both. There is usually an active part to the meditation that will be  led by myself. (Tanya). This helps us to get the blood and oxygen moving around the body which helps with settling into the vibrations and sounds of the gongs and crystal bowls.\nThe gongs are played throughout the night from about 10pm – 6am quietly mainly so you can sleep if you want to but still receive the benefits\nThis all night gong bath will include\nMeditation\nMovement\nMantra\nPlaying of Planetary Gongs\nCrystal Bowls\nTuning Forks\nSacred Geometry\nConnection\nCrystals\nChai\nRaw vegan cake and chocolate \nWhat more could you ask for?\nWhat to bring?\nSome comfortable bedding\, like an airbed or camp bed with douvet\, sleeping bag\, blanket\, pillows etc for your own comfort.\nA water bottle\, there will be spring water and herb teas available throughout the night.\nComfortable clothing to sleep in\, maybe a change of clothes for the morning if you like. DESCRIPTION:All Night Immersion into Sound\, through gong and other healing frequencies \nWe’re back….\nAfter a long time we are very excited to be holding another\nAll Night Gong Bath.\nWhere you will be gently bathed\, nourished and cleansed with the unique frequencies of Paiste planetary gongs\, all attuned to the frequencies of the different planets. Taking you on a magical journey through the solar system and beyond.\nTo start the evening we will have an opening circle to welcome new and old friends alike\, after which we will free ourselves in a dynamic meditation to welcome in the Spring Equinox\, loosen our bodies of any tension\, allowing ourselves to fully relax and be immersed in the ancient healing art of gong sounds and vibrations.\nThe gongs will be played gently throughout the night by a few beautiful gong playing beings\, taking it in turns to put their own unique spin on how we recieve the sound. All very intuitive.\nYou can either sleep the night blissfully away or you might find yourself deep in meditation or even eating raw choccies in the kitchen. (I always make some for you to buy if you like to stay awake a bit longer.) The choice is yours.\nYou will need to bring bedding of course ~ The more comfy the better. We recommend airbeds and douvets or whatever you’ve got that is the most comfy for this sort of gathering. There is plenty of space and the hall is warm\, with plenty of air circulation.\nIn the morning we will wake you with some beautiful mantras and a warming cup of Indian spiced chai. Music and singing. Sometimes lively\, sometimes mellow\, always inspiring and guaranteed to leave you feeling uplifted. We will guide you in a short meditation to bring us together at the start of our session and then invite you to sing together with us to invoke the universal energies of the Gods and Goddesses.\nBhakti Yoga ~ The yoga of devotion\nLike any other form of yoga\, is a path to self-realization\, to having an experience of oneness with everything.\nExpect harmonium\, guitar\, drum\, big hearts and voices with an interactive fun dance off after the kirtan.\nIf you have never experienced the Joy of Kirtan\, now’s your chance!\nYou can sit up close on the floor (bring something comfy to sit on\, like a sheepskin )or you can sit on a chair if you’d prefer. You don’t have to come and try and be anything other than exactly who you are. So lets go….. \n  \nFAQs \n  \nWhat are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? \nThere is free parking on site for those coming in there own car. \nPublic transport is available from Gloucester with a short walk to the camp site. \n  \nWhat can I bring into the event? \nPlease bring a yoga mat and blanket\, plus anything else you need to be comftable in the workshops. \nMeals are provided and there is a chai shop to buy snacks and drinks\, but please bring anything else you may need or want for any specific dietary requirments. \nplease note \nThis event is a Drug and alcohol free\, please respect this. \nNo dogs are allowed on the site.  \n  \nHow can I contact the organiser with any questions? \nyou may email the organiser at info@sundaracommunity.co.uk  \nWhat’s the refund policy? \na.
