All Night Immersion into Sound, through gong and other healing frequencies

We’re back….
After a long time we are very excited to be holding another
All Night Gong Bath.
Where you will be gently bathed, nourished and cleansed with the unique frequencies of Paiste planetary gongs, all attuned to the frequencies of the different planets. Taking you on a magical journey through the solar system and beyond.
To start the evening we will have an opening circle to welcome new and old friends alike, after which we will free ourselves in a dynamic meditation to welcome in the Spring Equinox, loosen our bodies of any tension, allowing ourselves to fully relax and be immersed in the ancient healing art of gong sounds and vibrations.
The gongs will be played gently throughout the night by a few beautiful gong playing beings, taking it in turns to put their own unique spin on how we recieve the sound. All very intuitive.
You can either sleep the night blissfully away or you might find yourself deep in meditation or even eating raw choccies in the kitchen. (I always make some for you to buy if you like to stay awake a bit longer.) The choice is yours.
You will need to bring bedding of course ~ The more comfy the better. We recommend airbeds and douvets or whatever you’ve got that is the most comfy for this sort of gathering. There is plenty of space and the hall is warm, with plenty of air circulation.
In the morning we will wake you with some beautiful mantras and a warming cup of Indian spiced chai. There will be some delicious raw vegan cake for breakfast too.
