Sundara is about coming together, sharing each other passion for life and learning from one another.
Welcoming old and new friends alike, the curious, the knowledgeable and all those in-between, to join us for 5 days of an unforgettable experience in creativity through, sacred sound, Music, Dance, Yoga, Art, Inspirational workshops and talks, Shamanic Journeying, Meditation and most of all fun.
Sundara is about creating a time and space where people can come and just be themselves for a while. You don’t have to come and try and be anything other than exactly who you are. We will forgive anything that isn’t truth in you, laugh with you cry with you, hold you in our arms and let you know you are good enough just the way you are.
We will learn how to breathe again, to be free of attachments and aversions, live in community without judgment of ourselves or others, dance, sing create music together, make food together, make art together. In loving kindness we connect. Our children will be held by the whole village, nurturing them and allowing them to guide us, our future generation. Giving them the opportunity to lead the way. Most of all we want you to come and feel freedom in being you, being able to express yourself freely, and always remembering the essence of self is always free. The time and place has come to join together in communal space to stretch our boundaries of what we think is possible and go beyond. Lets live in the golden age now. Lets see what we can create when we come together in the name of peace, of love, of harmony, and allow the effects of a few days where we gather together to then ripple out beyond the field beyond the familiarity, into the lives of those around us. We will dive deep, swim together to the shore, be grateful for our time together on this earthly plane, not comparing ourselves to others but instead choosing to uplift and co-create a better now a better future one Sundara at a time.
