This is an opportunity to connect to the seat of your soul through devotional singing of mantras, expand through your heart space with the spirit of Cacao and express yourself in your own unique way through organic movement and dance.

Leah and Tanya will lead you through the mantras with harmonium, guitar and drum, song sheets will be provided, so that you can join in if you want to, or you can sit back and absorb if you prefer.

Cacao is a heart opening medicine, known as the ‘Food of the Gods’.

It is one of the most nutritionally dense foods on the planet, rich in antioxidants and minerals, it has energy boosting properties and stimulates the production of happy chemicals in the brain.

To begin the cacao journey, we would like for you to identify an intention. Something you would like to welcome into your life.

We connect with the spirit of the cacao, in gratitude for her medicine and then you place your intention into your cup. We drink cacao with awareness and notice the subtle sensations as she enters the body.

A live DJ set will begin and in your own time, in your own way you can gently open to newness expressing yourself through your body, dancing your intention to life.

It is time to Celebrate this life, in this body, in the company of other beautiful souls.

As your heart opens, there may be laughter, there may be tears. Whatever occurs, you can move it through your system in this safe space, in a way that feels right to you as you get lost in the dance.

Our intention for this gathering is to find Joy in ourselves and each other and remember that we are all connected in one human family.
