A beautiful opportunity to kindle the light that resides inside. Gentle and supportive practices to shift stagnation and boost the mood!

We are bringing to you a deeply healing nurturing and nourishing day of yoga, meditation, connection, song and creativity.

Winter can sometimes feel a little long and a tad depressing, can it not?

We welcome you to step out of the winter trudge and into a transformational space created with love and intention to nurture your inner light, shift stagnation and boost your mood and energy levels.

We will begin the day with a very energising meridian practice to wake up the body effortlessly and easily using these energy channels and reflex points in the body. We will give you some simple tips to take home with you to use so you have something you can use and remember us by.

There will be a gentle & meditative Kundalini yoga practice, to shine your inner light and remember what it feels like to be bright and full of energy.

We will create heat in the body with breathwork, experience a deep rest guided yoga nidra journey to support physical networks and create subtle change in the subconscious mind, and then deepen the effects through sound healing with gongs.

There will be an option to journal or draw your experience and reflect and connect in triad groups.(This isn’t as scary as it may seem, in fact it often is made really clear that the role of the listener and the observer is most definitely as important as the urge to talk and let people know how you feel. Being witnessed often has a very special impact)

Rounding off the day we celebrate by singing mantras to uplift the spirits and dissolve any remaining residue that may have surfaced. Feel connected and remember our true identity. Love

Our intention is to support you on your journey back to a more unified, energised sense of self and that you leave at the end of the day feeling rejuvenated and inspired, remembering that when we shine our lights together, we create much more than the sum of our separate parts.
